Exhibitor guidelines.
Everything you need for a smooth set-up, festival experience and dismantling process at Center Rog.
Dear exhibitors,
We are delighted to welcome you to the Ljubljana Coffee Festival on 26 and 27 September 2026. Please read these important guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth and successful festival.
Festival entry & accreditation
- Location
- Center Rog, Trubarjeva cesta 72, 1000 Ljubljana
- Entry (accreditation)
- Please collect your accreditation at the ticket desk (LCF INFO POINT) on the ground floor of Center Rog. Accreditation is mandatory for access to the festival venue and your exhibition stand.
- Important notice
- On Friday, 25 September, between 07:00 and 22:00, please do not leave any waste at the festival venue. Exhibitors are responsible for removing all waste generated during set-up and dismantling.

Vehicle access to the venue is organised via Trubarjeva ulica. All vehicles must leave the area immediately after unloading or loading. Parking vehicles within the Center Rog premises is strictly prohibited.
Vehicle access to the venue is only possible with prior notification on the day of delivery or collection by calling +386 70 609 596.
- Use of the freight lift
- The freight lift may be used to transport exhibition and technical equipment to the festival venue on the first floor. It can only be operated with an access card, which must be collected from and returned to the Center Rog ticket desk on the ground floor.
- Exhibition stand set-up

- Friday, 25 September, 07:00 – 22:00 Center Rog will remain open and operate normally during stand set-up. Please ensure that all packaging, materials and waste are removed after completing your work.
- Saturday, 26 September, 07:00 – 09:00 Minor set-up work may also be carried out on the morning of the festival, but all work must be completed no later than 09:00.
- Exhibition stand dismantling

- Monday, 28 September, 07:00 – 12:00
All exhibition stands and equipment must be removed within the stated timeframes. Exhibitors are responsible for removing their own waste.

Exhibitors may access the festival venue from 07:00 on Saturday, 26 September, and from 08:00 on Sunday, 27 September.
- Accreditation
- Mandatory, without exception, for all accredited persons entering the festival venue. It gives access to all festival areas except THE LAB documentary film premiere on Saturday, 26 September, and the Panel Forum at The Lab on Sunday, 27 September — a special ticket is required for those two events.
- Electricity

- Stands A01–A30 in the Roasters Village are provided with electrical power of up to 3,000 W.
- Exhibitors who have purchased additional electrical capacity may use a maximum of 5,000 W.
- Other stands: electrical supply as agreed in advance.
- Water

- There are no direct water supply or drainage connections at any of the exhibition stands — the organiser provides filtered water at the BRITA Water Station.
- Waste disposal

- General waste bins available during the festival are intended for smaller quantities of waste only.
- Exhibitors are responsible for all larger waste and must not leave or store it within the festival venue or its surroundings.
- Separate buckets are provided for waste water and coffee grounds — please do not put either in the general bins.

Parking
Exhibitors are not provided with free parking spaces for delivery or private vehicles. Delivery vehicles may enter the venue only for the time required to unload or load exhibition equipment. Center Rog has a small underground car park within the building, and additional car parks and parking garages are available nearby:

- 86 spaces, at the venue.

- 259 spaces, 4 min walk.
- Komenskega Parking Garage
- 82 spaces, 5 min walk.
- Šentpeter Parking Garage
- 472 spaces, 6 min walk.

- 70 spaces, 4 min walk.
